I am Pamela Ajogbeje, founder of Konqueror AI, author, speaker and strategic adviser. My experience across business growth, education, psychotherapy and community leadership shapes the way I approach artificial intelligence: I consider the decisions leaders must make and the people those decisions affect.
The Konqueror approach
Konqueror AI helps leaders move from awareness of AI to responsible action. Our work is guided by five connected priorities: awareness, governance, ethics, safeguarding and impact. Together, they help organisations ask clear questions about accountability, risk, opportunity and the effect of change on their teams and communities.
I work with businesses, public sector bodies, educators and values-led organisations. My particular interests include leadership responsibility, mental wellbeing and the next generation. Each engagement begins with the organisation’s circumstances and leads towards practical decisions it can act on.
How we work
Through speaking, workshops and strategic advisory conversations, I help leaders explore complex issues, strengthen oversight and build confidence in their direction. Konqueror 365 is being developed to extend that learning and connection throughout the year.
Looking towards 2027, my aim is to make Konqueror AI a trusted space for responsible leadership: one where organisations can confront difficult questions about AI, learn across sectors and move forward with clarity, care and purpose.
Writing has become an extension of my commitment to clarity, growth, and meaningful change in an increasingly complex world. Each book is driven by a desire to translate the evolving conversation around artificial intelligence into insight that is practical, responsible, and accessible. As a voice of change, my focus is not simply on what AI can do, but on how it should be understood, applied, and governed in a way that serves people, businesses, and future generations. Through my work, I aim to challenge thinking, spark informed dialogue, and equip readers with the perspective needed to navigate and lead in a rapidly shifting landscape.
